Your targeted messaging will reach diverse employees, ensuring everyone is informed, engaged, and onboard with organisational goals.

Your responsibilities

  • Gather employee insights and facilitate dialogue to foster involvement and ownership.
  • Create engaging, proactive, and responsive content for various platforms.
  • Promote a culture of openness, collaboration, and trust through storytelling and advocacy.
  • Track the impact and success of communications to adjust strategies as needed.

About you

  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Experience managing communications in a kaupapa Maori environment.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Content creation expertise for various platforms.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
