Job Description
This part-time Education Support Worker role involves working with young children with disabilities in early childhood settings. The successful candidate will promote inclusion and participation in the early childhood environment and assist in the implementation of individual goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with disabilities in early childhood settings
- Promoting inclusion and participation
- Assisting in goal implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be child and family focused, and able to build effective relationships. Empathy and an openness to new ideas are also essential.
