About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and registered social worker to join our Intensive Case Management team in Hamilton. Your primary responsibility will be to provide social work services that respond to the needs of rangatahi, promoting their safety, wellbeing, and supporting a reduction in offending.

  • You will work closely with other professionals to create a culture of care within a relational, restorative, and inclusive environment.
  • Engage with whānau and support them in their journey towards positive change.

To be successful in this role, you must have a full, clean New Zealand driver's licence and a Social Work qualification recognised by New Zealand's Social Worker Registration Board (SWRB). Provisional or Full registration with SWRB is also required.

We offer a competitive remuneration package, which includes annual progression opportunities based on experience. Our annual remuneration for this position starts between $81,206 and $97,557, depending on experience.
