The Early Intervention Coordinator role is a critical part of our team's efforts to deliver exceptional healthcare services to the Waiariki community. In this role, you will work closely with the clinical team to provide individual and group-based interventions and develop whole of classroom programmes in kura and schools.

As an Early Intervention Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for early intervention and developing strategies to address emerging issues. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with educators, whānau, and the broader community.

You will also be required to contribute to the development of culturally responsive workforce practices focused on building whakawhānaungatanga and relationships with tamariki and whānau. The design and delivery of wellbeing support will be informed by tamariki and families/whānau voice.
