About the Team

Our team includes registered nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and other suitably qualified health professionals who share a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

About the Role

As a Clinical Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with clients, families, and community organizations to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs. You will provide specialist intervention and case coordination services to optimize recovery and quality of life for our clients. We are looking for a registered nurse or other suitably qualified health professional with experience in community mental health and/or addiction services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist intervention and case coordination services to optimize recovery and quality of life for clients
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve excellent outcomes
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address client needs
• Provide education and support to clients, families, and community organizations

Requirements

• Registered nurse or other suitably qualified health professional with experience in community mental health and/or addiction services
• Sound assessment, psychosocial intervention, and talking therapy skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, particularly Māori/Iwi
• Annual Practising Certificate and registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand or other regulatory body
