About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and scheduling by organisational priority
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including travel arrangements
  • Identifying needs for scheduled events (e.g. display and IT requirements)
  • Preparing documentation to support senior leaders, including reviewing briefs and agendas
  • Liaising with business groups and external stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar industry at executive level
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and improve processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office and business application skills
  • Knowledge of committees, boards, and governance structures
  • Ability to build strong relationships and identify organisational risk
