About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and scheduling by organisational priority
- Coordinating meetings and events, including travel arrangements
- Identifying needs for scheduled events (e.g. display and IT requirements)
- Preparing documentation to support senior leaders, including reviewing briefs and agendas
- Liaising with business groups and external stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar industry at executive level
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads and improve processes
- Strong Microsoft Office and business application skills
- Knowledge of committees, boards, and governance structures
- Ability to build strong relationships and identify organisational risk
