We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our team at Novotel Christchurch Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day activities of our food and beverage team.

">Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of stock, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
  • Serve as a proactive leader, controlling costs while maintaining high standards and forecasted business performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Liquor Licensing Laws and Host Responsibility, ensuring colleagues understand and uphold hotel policies.
  • Communicate effectively with subordinates and managers to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous senior Hotel Food & Beverage experience is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and advanced computer skills.
  • Knowledge of PMS such as Opera and current Managers Certificate in accordance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
  • Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Valid Right to Work in NZ and NZQF Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience.
