The Role | Te mahi We are seeking a Porter/Concierge to provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds expectations of our guests.

This is a Part-time role based at Sudima Christchurch Airport with an hourly rate of $ per hour.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa Assist with guest enquiries Ensure guest messages, dry cleaning are delivered in a timely manner Communicate with DM or FOM of any issue/s that are raised Assist Front Desk during busy check in and check out to ensure guests are receiving the best possible services Record all luggage stored in an orderly mannerKeep the luggage store room tidy and accessible at all timesFollow any emergency procedures from DM when an emergency arisesMust be updated on the knowledge of all room categories and amenitiesHotel security floor checksRegularly inspect the lobby and public areas to ensure that the standards of the hotel are maintained and comfortable for guests, visitors as well as employees.Requirements About you | Ko koe tenei Commit to minimum of 20 hours per week Ability to work shifts. Full driver's license. Professional personal presentation and a great work ethic. Ability to work well within a team and build and maintain successful working relationships.Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise conflicting tasks professionally.Strong guest service orientation. Demonstrates initiative and flexibility. Right to Work in NZ.
