This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail company as a Senior Regional HR Advisor. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and success of TWG. We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, has a knack for understanding their needs and motivations, and can build trust and influence at a senior level.

Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with regional leaders, providing sound commercial and practical HR advice, and taking the lead on brand-wide HR initiatives. You will also need to ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation and company policies and procedures, and lead and participate in HR projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 4-6 years of experience as an HR Advisor, previous high-volume complex employment relations advisory experience, and strong commercial and business acumen. If you are a passionate coach, a team player, and a natural problem solver, we would love to hear from you.
