Job Description
The role of the Assistant Land Manager / Graduate Surveyor will involve:
- Researching land and new homes opportunities.
- Supporting the team in winning new business.
- Assisting in the sale of residential development land via auction, informal tender, or private treaty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new land and development opportunities using online tools and marketing platforms.
- Support the team in securing new business by attending client and site meetings.
- Assist in marketing residential development sites, liaising with clients, managing enquiries, and progressing sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A property-related degree.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A full UK manual driving licence.
