Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive administrator to fill a 2-month temporary opportunity in managing residential properties. This role focuses on building strong relationships and overseeing essential maintenance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage maintenance and repair works of residential properties, addressing issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to and resolve tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure properties meet relevant safety, health, and housing regulations and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants regarding maintenance schedules, property updates, and important information.
