Job Description
  • The role involves drafting tenancy contracts, preparing rental appraisals, and advertising properties
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of residential rental properties, including tenant selection, lease administration, rent collection, and property maintenance
  • Effectively communicate with landlords, tenants, and third-party service providers to address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with relevant property management legislation and regulations
