You will help drive best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve the way we work and how we support the wider NZTA outcomes.
You will also be a key contact for our external property consultants and manage performance standards and the delivery of property relating to your projects.Senior Property Acquisition ManagerThis is a pivotal role where you will be directly influencing a range of internal subject matter experts including project managers, legal, planning and communications along with managing our external property consultants.
You will also be responsible to lead and engage with key stakeholders including landowners, Iwi partners, local government agencies and local community.
You will help drive best practice in property acquisition to continuously improve the way we work and how we support wider NZTA outcomes.
