Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Lead to join our therapy team. This is a critical role that plays a key part in our student development, working collaboratively with our therapy leader to achieve the best possible outcomes for those we support.

Main Responsibilities

  • To lead on the delivery of a comprehensive behaviour support service, meeting the needs of students and adults within a Positive Behaviour Model.
  • To assess students, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions, ensuring effective behaviour support.
  • To develop and manage the PBS service, providing line management to team members.
  • To work closely with classroom teams and other Therapy team members to provide integrated behaviour support.
  • To promote expertise and best practice through training, modelling, and staff coaching.
