Key Responsibilities

  1. To design and deliver a comprehensive behaviour support programme, aligning with the Positive Behaviour Model.
  2. To collaborate with the Therapy leader and multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal student outcomes.
  3. To develop and maintain relationships with classroom teams, promoting effective behaviour support.
  4. To ensure seamless integration of behaviour support into the broader education framework.
  5. To drive professional growth and excellence within the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
