Job Overview:
Auckland Live and Auckland Conventions, Venues & Events are seeking a highly skilled Event Catering Operations Manager to join their team. As the primary liaison between clients and the catering team, this role requires strong relationship building and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years' experience in catering operations and be able to effectively manage event catering financials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the catering team, building and maintaining relationships with national and international clients, internal staff, and external suppliers.
- Monitor and manage event catering financials, providing catering reporting and responsibility for all event catering related administration.
- Assist clients in menu selection, event planning, and special requests.

Requirements:
- Minimum of two to three years' experience in catering operations.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage event catering financials and provide catering reporting.
