About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to join our Wanaka team as the Chef de Partie. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you'll be responsible for planning and executing menus that meet financial goals and delight our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that align with our company's objectives and appeal to diverse tastes
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing ordering processes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences and improve overall quality

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications or three years of experience in a Hotel/Resort environment
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services
