  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Actively engage in new business development.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with the right opportunities.
  • Oversee and implement best practices with regards to health & safety and candidate care.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • You will have previous recruitment experience, ideally in the construction and civil realm or have proven account management/sales experience.
  • Be a highly motivated team player.
  • You will have a high attention to detail & strong administration skills.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • You will hold a sound understanding of New Zealand health and safety and compliance practices.
  • Must hold a clean & valid Full New Zealand Drivers Licence.
