Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building bridges between amazing candidates and fantastic companies in the civil and construction sector.

Your mission will be to identify and attract top talent for various roles in construction and civil engineering. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements.

You will engage in new business development, conduct thorough interviews and assessments, and oversee best practices related to health & safety and candidate care.

To succeed in this position, you will have previous recruitment experience, ideally in the construction and civil realm or proven account management/sales experience. You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you must hold a sound understanding of New Zealand health and safety and compliance practices, as well as a clean and valid Full New Zealand Drivers Licence.
