In this role, you will identify and attract top candidates for various roles in construction and civil engineering. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements.

Your mission will be to actively scout new business opportunities and conduct thorough interviews and assessments. You will also oversee best practices related to health & safety and candidate care.

To succeed in this position, you will have previous recruitment experience, ideally in the construction and civil realm or proven account management/sales experience. You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will also have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Additionally, you must hold a sound understanding of New Zealand health and safety and compliance practices, as well as a clean and valid Full New Zealand Drivers Licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Keep clients and candidates satisfied.
  • Identify and attract top candidates for construction and civil engineering roles.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
