An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Billing Specialist to support the Aires West Coast region.

This role involves utilizing your experience to support operations and rates teams with audit, entry, and billing of invoices while ensuring all client required charging information is entered correctly.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and bill invoices on behalf of operations and rates teams
  • Audit invoices for accuracy against policy and ensure accurate capture of required billing information
  • Upload and send invoices to internal teams for processing and bill related transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accuracy, timely billing, and alignment with client or internal policies and processes
  • Identify problems, solutions, and opportunities for improvement related to the billing process

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, Associates Degree preferred
  • 1–2 years relevant billing and audit experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products and ability to grasp proprietary software
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
