Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience
This opportunity is for an experienced Senior HR Advisor with strong HR advisory experience with a background working in a large complex organisations and the understanding of employment laws. This role can be the next challenge for someone who is a couple of years in their HR career and looking for a step up.

**This role requires the following skills**:

- Significant experience in a similar role in a multi-entity, complex, and geographically distributed organisation
- Excellent consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills
- Track record in successfully delivering key large-scale People initiatives
- Sound knowledge of all People and Capability technical areas
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience supporting senior leaders across multiple locations
- You love a challenge, keep calm under pressure, have a curious mindset and can work collaboratively to balance shared deliverables and personal accountability.
- Strong ER experienceExperience;
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce or Human Resources or similar (Similar experience without degree also considered);
- Desirable Experience in a compliance function in a large organisation; and Experience with process design; Understanding of New Zealand Employment Legislation and ComplianceMō mātou | About Us
