CGR Services is seeking an inspirational Clinical Director to provide expert guidance and leadership for our primary care services across the West Coast.

As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for shaping, enhancing, and supporting primary care services, driving strategic planning, and upholding the values of CGR Services.
- Deliver and support clinical governance and quality improvement, ensuring high professional standards within primary care.
- Act as a leader and advocate for clinical best practices across the region.
- Engage with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration to achieve healthcare goals.
- Lead strategic development, planning, and performance monitoring for the workforce to ensure delivery of high-quality efficient primary healthcare.
- Mentor, empower, and inspire teams to maintain effective communication and deliver outstanding care.
Your Background
