About the Job: In this role, you'll work closely with our Parts Manager and Service team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive accurate and reliable information about our products.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing them with excellent service and resolving any queries they may have
  • Work efficiently to ensure that our stock and inventory are always up-to-date and accurately represented on our system
  • Contribute to the overall success of our Parts Department by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting new ways of working
