Launch Vehicle Assembly Technician

Tangram is seeking an experienced Launch Vehicle Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Electron team, you will be responsible for assembling and integrating mechanical and avionic components onto the Electron launch vehicle.
About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with other technicians to ensure the successful integration of components and the overall production schedule. You will be responsible for installing wiring harnesses and high-voltage batteries onto the rocket, as well as working with tools, equipment, and facilities to build and test launch vehicles or components.

Key Requirements- 2+ years' experience in precision avionic and/or mechanical assembly.
- Good level of eyesight and ability to inspect assemblies to a high workmanship standard.
- Able to manufacture components to a high workmanship standard.
- Trade qualified in relevant industry (nice to have).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as autonomously.
