About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety professional to lead our advisory and business partnering services. As a trusted expert, you will work closely with our team and stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that empower our business and align with best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with line managers to develop and implement effective health and safety solutions
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, incident response, and investigations
  • Support policy development and compliance initiatives
  • Contribute to ongoing culture change and represent the company in external health and safety collaborations
