As a trusted expert with at least 8+ years' experience, you'll work closely with our wider Health and Safety team and Line Managers across multiple functions to design and implement innovative solutions that empower our business and align with best industry practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Line Managers to develop and implement effective Health and Safety solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, incident response, and investigations while supporting policy development and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing culture change, represent 2degrees in external Health and Safety collaborations, and drive continuous improvement through research, consultation, and industry engagement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A track record of developing, implementing, and monitoring occupational health systems in medium-large, complex, or high-risk workplaces.
  • Proven experience leading the design and implementation of organisation-wide Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) programmes.
  • A strong influencer with the ability to drive meaningful culture change across a business.
  • Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve positive health and safety outcomes.
  • Expertise in risk management, incident response, investigation methodologies, and industry best practices.
