About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Practitioner to join our team. As a trusted expert with at least 8+ years of experience, you will work closely with our wider Health and Safety team and Line Managers across multiple functions to design and implement innovative solutions that empower our business and align with best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective Health and Safety solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert advice on risk management, incident response, and investigations while supporting policy development and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing culture change, represent 2degrees in external Health and Safety collaborations, and drive continuous improvement through research, consultation, and industry engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in senior Health and Safety roles across diverse portfolios.
  • A track record of developing, implementing, and monitoring occupational health systems in medium-large, complex, or high-risk workplaces.
  • Proven experience leading the design and implementation of organisation-wide Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) programmes.
  • A strong influencer with the ability to drive meaningful culture change across a business.
