The successful candidate will have previous experience in a catering environment and hold a NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168). You will be responsible for maintaining food quality and safety throughout service, checking food quality prior to leaving the kitchen and while on the buffet, ensuring culinary specifications and standards are met.
