We're seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with our Engineering Services Team to ensure great safety outcomes from design through operational lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver a health and safety work plan aligned with Auckland Airport's overall safety strategy.
  2. Promote proactive risk management and continuous safety improvement across the organisation.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for engineering projects, maintenance, and infrastructure works.
  4. Investigate engineering-related incidents, near misses, and safety breaches.
  5. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and airport operations teams to integrate safety into all engineering activities.
