About the RoleThis is a dynamic leadership position, where you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of services, including joint ventures and cross-agency initiatives. You'll work closely with government stakeholders and internal ministry staff to build strong relationships and drive results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring effective delivery of services to vulnerable populations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver effective solutions to complex social problems
