Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Wellington. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, including meetings, rooms, video conferencing equipment, visitor car parks, and MSD pool car booking requests.
You will also oversee fleet management, catering, data entry, scanning, health & safety, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks as required. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
