We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our team in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales performance and revenue growth through new agent acquisition and increased same-store sales.
  • End-to-end sales process management, including product portfolio sales, for independent agents.
  • Prospecting, negotiation, contract signing, document collection, and package submission for new agents.
  • Activating and training new agents to achieve full revenue potential.
  • Managing existing accounts and increasing same-store sales.
  • Regular site visits to high-performing locations to identify and address issues.
  • Meeting productivity targets and managing overall territory revenue.
  • Managing the agent lifecycle for all independent agents in the territory.
