Normanton Healthcare is a growing healthcare and medical group based in Singapore, dedicated to providing high-quality care for families across multiple generations while prioritizing patient convenience.
We operate four physical clinics and offer telehealth, home medical, nursing, and rehab services to cater to the ongoing needs of three nursing homes.
Our goal is to expand our team to serve all regions of Singapore and broaden the range of services we provide to include specialist care, wellness, alternative medicine, rehabilitation, and home caregiver support.
We aspire to make our services accessible on a global scale.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical advice and counselling to patients, including information on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions:
- Provide patients with accurate and reliable information about their medications
- Counsel patients on safe use of prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Collaborate with the physician and nursing teams to develop and implement patient-centric treatment plans:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical decision-making to improve patient care

Required Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy, B.Sc (Pharm) or equivalent
- Full registration with a valid Practising Certificate with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of clinical experience post-graduation
Desirable Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
