Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist/ Senior Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical advice and counseling to patients, including information on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
You will collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop patient-centric treatment plans, curate medication inventory at the group level, and assist operations teams in optimizing procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Sc) or equivalent
- Full registration with valid Practising Certificate from the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience post-graduation
Skills and Qualities:
- Candidate should take initiative and work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
