Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager - New Zealand, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the team and store at the Waharoa site. Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring site safety and compliance
* Overseeing capital expenditure projects
* Managing stock inwards and outwards, including relevant documentation
* Rostering staff
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance programs
* Actioning toolbox talks
* Meeting production schedules
* Managing inventory
* Maintaining site policies and procedures
* Liaising with transporters

Requirements
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* Operational and front-line supervisory experience in the feeds industry or similar bulk handling/warehousing/logistics operations
* A deep commitment to customer service, quality, and safety
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
