About the Role


This Production Operations Specialist position involves working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating various metal processing machines and contributing to the production team's success. The successful candidate will have prior experience in machine operation and excellent attention to detail.


Responsibilities



  • Operate the ALURO thermal break machine, ensuring efficient and safe production
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet production standards
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain production tolerances and improve efficiency
  • Identify and address any machine faults or issues promptly, minimising downtime and maximising productivity
  • Meet set KPIs and contribute to the team's goals and objectives
