We're seeking an experienced Feed Mill Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Morrinsville site. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing production and production staff to maximise production efficiencies and minimise downtime.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ">
  • Accurate recording of production data">
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of all production is completed by all staff on your shift">
  • Coordinating with the Production Manager and maintenance engineer regarding scheduled routine maintenance">
  • Training mill staff on your shift as and when required, including signing off SOP/SWP's">
  • Ensuring that your staff are maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of equipment, vehicles and entire site">
  • Managing production and production staff to meet the production schedule">

About You

">

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, proven people leader with mechanical aptitude. You'll need proven experience in feed mill operation, completion of NZFMA Feedsafe programme is preferred, manufacturing leadership experience, and be physically fit as there will be lifting and manual handling tasks.
