You'll work directly with whānau to empower them on their journey to recovery, providing the tools and resources they need to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- We're looking for someone with lived or work experience in AOD within Māori and Pasifika communities.
- Experience working with Māori and Pasifika communities in the health and/or social services spaces is essential.
- A deep understanding of Te Ao Māori and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi are crucial.
- You'll be expected to learn and share Matauranga, empowering and motivating people to make positive decisions for themselves and their whānau.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
