The Salvation Army in Levin is seeking a dedicated individual to advance its mission among tamariki and rangatahi aged 0-18. As a Next Gen Ministry Facilitator, you will play a vital role in fostering a community that encourages growth, development, and a deepening relationship with Jesus Christ.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing intentional relationships with tamariki/rangatahi that foster belonging and encourage spiritual growth
  • Oversighting programmes that outwork the Salvation Army community's mission and next gen strategy
  • Advocating for the prioritisation of next gen in partnership with TSA community leadership
  • Building connections between tamariki/rangatahi and the wider TSA community

We are looking for an individual with a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a passion for working with young people, and excellent communication skills.
