Job Description

This LPN Home Healthcare position involves administering skilled nursing care in clients' homes, ensuring seamless transitions between healthcare settings. You will report directly to the Nurse Manager and work closely with physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals to implement and follow patient-specific care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform wound care treatment, including surgical wounds, Wound Vac, and manage central lines/peripheral lines, urinary catheters, colostomy, PleurX Drains, and lab draws
  • Manage and perform vital signs, head-to-toe patient assessments, and provide accurate documentation consistent with established protocols
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to patient care planning, ensuring optimal outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an LPN program
  • An active LPN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Clear communication skills, strong critical thinking, and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Valid car insurance and a driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations

Beebe Healthcare offers a highly competitive salary range of $24.62 - $38.16 per hour, depending on your level of expertise.
