Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Mental Health Needs Assessment Service Coordination team. This dynamic role involves assessing mental health and addictions support needs for individuals aged 18 and over, and referring them to relevant services to enhance their recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensively assess mental health and addictions support needs for individuals aged 18 and over
  • Refer clients to relevant services to enhance their recovery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ)
  • A current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) and scope appropriate to place of work
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the significance of and obligations under Te Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
