About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Assistant to join our team in Auckland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchasing stock to meet service levels while minimising inventory costs
  • Processing purchases for non-inventory items and managing invoice payments
  • Handling and submitting shipping documents to BPO in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring procurement records, orders, and payments are accurately processed and maintained
  • Data entry and various administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data entry
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams
