Trial Balance Consulting seeks an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. The role involves key financial responsibilities including administration of accounts payable and receivable, preparing supplier payment runs, processing payroll, and managing CIS and VAT schemes.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage financial data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and administer payment runs for suppliers, ensuring timely payments
- Process employee payroll and pension administration, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Coordinate CIS and VAT schemes, maintaining accurate records
- Reconcile bank statements, manage petty cash, and compile financial reports
The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, preferably using Sage Line 50, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
