Job Description:

The Payroll and Financial Support Assistant will provide administrative support to the payroll and financial teams, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Assist in the processing of payroll transactions, including preparing paychecks and benefits.
  • Financial Data Entry: Enter financial data into our accounting system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Reconciliations: Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance or accounting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
