Part-time Team Leader Opportunity in Disability Support

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-time Team Leader to join our Residential Houses team in Cambridge. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for leading a team in providing person-centered care and promoting the independence of our residents. This role involves working closely with individuals to develop personalized support plans and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal cares and household duties
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality care and services
- Implement and review individualized support plans to meet resident needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote effective teamwork and communication
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have relevant caregiving experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities or a willingness to develop your leadership skills. You should also possess a warm, calm, and friendly personality, with a passion for supporting people with diverse backgrounds and needs.
