We're seeking an exceptional Team Leader to lead our Residential Houses in Hamilton. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans, leading and managing a team of caregivers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
