Become a Part of Our Support Team

We are currently recruiting part-time staff to join our team as support workers for tamariki and young people. This role requires a strong understanding of trauma, knowledge of tikanga Māori, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a support worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support and care to our clients in their daily lives.
  • Assisting our clients with recreational activities, family connections, and community integration.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.

Additionally, you will be required to participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A full New Zealand driver's license.
  • New Zealand citizenship or residency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
