Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, replace, and/or repair computers, printers, scanners, and RF guns at various nationwide locations.
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support, resolving computer and network problems efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, exercising good judgment to maintain network policies, security, and stability.
  • Work remotely when not traveling to client sites.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel throughout the nation 50-70% of the time.
  • Available to work after hours and weekends as needed.
  • Experience with Mac and Windows systems required.
  • Able to assess and troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills essential.
  • Lift up to 50lbs unassisted and kneel, squat, or bend as needed to install or repair equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance required.

Benefits:
  • Competitive pay rate: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
  • Weekly pay, medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more offered.
