Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing international trips for Partner Phoebe Harrop Meadows, including itinerary planning and logistics
  • Coordinating calendar events, meetings, and appointments
  • Ensuring seamless communication with portfolio founders and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative support to the Partner and the Auckland-based team
